April 1st, 2013 - Email host changes

With the April 1st changes there are some things you will need to know:
1. If your current c3bb.com email does NOT meet the following password criteria you will need to contact the office to update it at 812-752-7204.

Passwords must contain at least 6 characters.
Passwords cannot contain:
3 or more consecutive numerals (e.g., 567, 1234, 98765).
The word "password."
The mailbox user name.
The mailbox domain name.

2. On April 1st, your new mail will be coming into the new host for you to receive. All old mail will be migrated over in the following days after April 1st.

3. Your contact list, if you had any, in your c3bb.com webmail account may be able to be imported, but you'll need to contact Citizens Communications at 812-752-7204

4. If you are using Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone, Windows Live please visit the instructions available by selecting the service you use below:

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE EXAMPLES AND pop3.c3bb.com and smtp.c3bb.com will still work where pop.emailsrvr.com and smtp.emailsrvr.com show in the examples below.
